Health Gaurantee and Policy

Health and Wellness Contract

Buyer accepts full responsibility for the care of this kitten and agrees to the following terms:

  1. Buyer shall agree to provide the kitten with:
  2. A life-long commitment, veterinary care, proper grooming, and responsible care for the kitten, including but not limited to yearly check-ups and vaccinations.
  3. A safe environment and proper, nutritious quality food given at regular intervals and fresh, clean water at all times.
  4. An indoor home only. The kitten should not be allowed to roam freely outdoors.
  5. A clean litterbox that is changed daily. If sharing litterboxes with other cats/kittens, it is extremely important to keep the litter fresh as stepping in feces and urine and then ingesting it can cause illness.
  6. A non-caged living space. The kitten should have ample space to roam and play and should not be kept in a cage for an extended period.
  7. Scratching posts and scratch pads. Kittens are not to be declawed for any reason. Declawing is the amputation of the tips of the fingers and toes and is an inhumane procedure.
  8. A forever home. The kitten should not be given away, resold or abandoned for any reason, to anyone without written consent from the breeder.
  9. In the event the buyer can no longer care for the kitten for any reason, the breeder should get the first right of refusal, and if the breeder accepts the kitten, the buyer assumes all expenses to provide the kitten/cat back to the said breeder.
  10. In the event the buyer can no longer care for the kitten and the breeder resumes care for the animal, the kitten/cat must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within three calendar days before arriving back to the breeder having tested negative for the following:

FELV/FIV

Ringworm, heartworm, and other parasites (by having a culture taken and sent to the lab).

All medical records will be transferred, and ownership will automatically revert back to the breeder. All veterinarian costs and transportation expenses shall be the buyer’s responsibility.

  1. In the event the breeder is not able to take the kitten back, the breeder will try to find the kitten/cat a forever home.
  2. Health and genetic diseases guarantee:
  3. Breeder provides the buyer a limited, three-day health and a one-year genetic health guarantee for the kitten/cat.
  4. The buyer should have the kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian within three business days from the date the kitten is picked up from the breeder.

The kitten shall not have any contact with any other animal until the examination is complete.

If the kitten is found ill with a life-threatening disease during that examination, the buyer may return the kitten within 48 hours for a kitten of equal value and color (when a kitten is available).

Any veterinarian bills and/or costs and debts on behalf of this kitten is the sole responsibility of the buyer. The breeder shall offer no cash refunds for any reason.

The health guarantee does not include viruses, colds, traumas, UTI’s, fleas, fungus, mites, or any other type of parasite commonly found.

The arbitration shall be conducted on a confidential basis pursuant to the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any decision or award as a result of any such arbitration proceeding shall be in writing and shall provide an explanation for all conclusions of law and fact and shall include the assessment of costs, expenses, and reasonable attorneys' fees. Any such arbitration shall be conducted by an official arbitrator and shall include a written record of the arbitration hearing. The parties reserve the

right to object to any individual who shall be employed by or affiliated with a competing organization or entity. An award of arbitration may be confirmed in a court of competent jurisdiction.

 At Baytal Qitatt,

we believe that the ragdoll breed is truly unique and desirable. Ragdolls are known for their gentle and docile temperament, striking blue eyes, and luxurious fur, making them the perfect addition to any family. We specialize in producing only the finest ragdoll kittens, ensuring that each kitten is hand-reared with love and attention to detail.

Our expertise in caring for these beautiful animals comes from years of close mentorship relationships with established ragdoll catteries in the United States and Europe. Our network of experienced breeders and caretakers ensures that our kittens receive only the best care and attention.

If you are interested in one of our beautiful kittens, we are happy to add you to our reservation list. Please note that a deposit of $500 must be sent and cleared before you are added to our list. Our kittens are chosen on a first-deposit, first-served basis, so we encourage you to place your deposit as soon as possible to secure your spot.

While we do allow families to request gender, color, and markings, please note that this may extend the wait time for a kitten. We typically plan no more than two litters per year to ensure that our kittens receive the utmost care and attention.

Our deposit policy is as follows: a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required for the purchase of a kitten. Should you decide against purchasing the kitten after having paid the deposit, the deposit will be

forfeited. The kitten will be temporarily reserved for seven days once the seller is given notice that you are sending the deposit. If the deposit is not received within seven days, the temporary reservation will cease. The deposit is separate from the price of the kitten, and all payments must be made in U.S. currency.

The balance for your kitten is $1,500, plus sales tax, and is to be paid in full at your eight-week visit in cash, money order, or cashier's check. If the kitten is not paid in full at the time of your visit, it will become available to other deposit placers. Your deposit will then be moved to our next available litter.

Thank you for considering Baytal Qitatt for your ragdoll kitten needs. We look forward to providing you with the most beautiful and loving addition to your family.
